• Verification of owed costs ( i.e. rent ledger, 3 day notice, mortgage statement, HOA letter

• Documentation of ANY special payment arrangements
• SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Documentation of reason for Emergency  move (i.e. homeless, relocation, family re-unification, displacement
• Documented amount for security deposit
• New rental contract or letter of intent from new residence
• Documentation of any  special payment arrangements
• SECTION 8 SUBSIDIZED HOUSING
• Copy of the housing Authority's inspection report or confirmation from the landlord  that the rental unit has passed inspection
• New rental contract or letter of intent from new residence
• Documentation of the amount applicant is obligated to pay
• CRITICAL NEEDS
• Documentation of need for the item (i.e. doctors recommendation for medical equipment
• Bids/Estimates for the purchase of the item

1. Current resident of Santa Clara County
2. Has NOT received assistance from Seasons of Sharing Fund in the last 5 years ( this includes Covid-19 assistance) 
3. At risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability, or currently homeless
4. Primary applicant is 18 years of age or older
5. Experiencing an Emergency, crisis, or an unexpected event for which financial assistance is needed to maintain or improve household stability, including :

              * Action by landlord or property management

              * Loss if income

              * Loss or delay of public benefits

              * Medical disability or emergency

              * Natural disaster (fire, flood, etc.)

              * Insufficient income to cover critical household needs

              * Other housing or economic crisis

Eligibility status must be validated by supporting documentation
